We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Invoices, we will never put personal information of our customers on any invoice that you receive with an order either by email or delivered with an order, our customers business details, name, invoice and delivery addresses are kept on a secure cloud based server "Invoice2go" their privacy policy can be found on their website www.invoice.2go.com
  • We may periodically send promotional emails through our email marketing software Mailchimp about new products, special offers or sales which we think you may find of interest using the email address which you have provided, the emails will always be related to books or our company. 
  • If you would like to opt out of any of these you can contact us by email or phone or when you receive an email there will always be an unsubscribe link at the bottom which will delete your details permanently from the mailchimp email database.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We store customer details, business/invoice addresses and contact details on an encripted database on an external harddrive which is secured on the premises, these files are never put online or shared with anyone for any reasons.
